The first BottleRock festival took place in 2013, transforming the picturesque town of Napa into a community of music and culture. Founded by childhood best friends Justin Dragoo, Jason Scoggins, and Dave Graham, and currently run by LiveNation, BottleRock aimed to bring together the best of music, wine, and food, creating a unique experience that resonates with the diverse tastes of attendees. It has become a pure reflection of why Napa has become a dream destination to begin with.

Before jumping right in and getting your ticket, it is important to note that the commute to and from the festival can be challenging for some. Airbnbs are highly sought out for the weekend, with a greater demand than supply. If driving to the festival, be aware that traffic will be a challenge as it is in a more suburban-style area. That said, with a bit of thoughtful planning, the experience should be more than exciting.
Napa Valley’s unique blend of wine culture, culinary expertise, and artistic heritage merges seamlessly with the festival’s ethos, showcasing the best of what the region has to offer. Festies can explore local wineries, gourmet delights, and engage with various forms of art, creating a holistic and immersive festival experience representing the heart of NorCal.
As we delve into the known charm of BottleRock, it’s evident that this festival is a celebration of life, culture, and the shared joy of reveling in the best that music, art, and cuisine have to offer.
